Dr. Harris completed her initial training in 2003, graduating from Monash University, then pursued her General Practice training in South-West Victoria. After moving back to inner-Melbourne where Dr Naomi was than awarded her FRACGP, FARGP and Graduate Diploma in Rural General Practice in 2010. Dr. Naomi then begun her privileged sports medicine journey, working with elite and professional athletes, and is now currently working with various sporting groups such as the AFL, A-League and Professional Combat Sports.
Dr. Harris has pursued higher education and holds multiple masters, including a Masters of Family Medicine and a Master of Sports Medicine. All of Dr. Harris’ further education has cemented her passion in general practice.

Dr. Jessop is an integral part of our team at VMHC, providing expertise in weight management and medicinal cannabis.

Dr Elena Romanova
Dr Elena Romanova is a compassionate and experienced General Practitioner dedicated to delivering personalised, evidence-based care. She brings a broad range of clinical experience across both inpatient and outpatient settings in Australia and internationally.
Dr Romanova practices across all areas of family medicine, with particular interests in metabolic health and weight management, cardiovascular health, menopause care, chronic disease management, preventive healthcare, and mental health.

Diana Maggs
Neurodevelopmental Psychologist
Diana Maggs is a Developmental Psychologist with a Master of Education and Developmental Psychology from Monash University. Following an undergraduate degree and Honours in Psychology, she completed a further two years of specialist postgraduate training in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of developmental conditions across the lifespan.

Diana takes a practical, collaborative, and holistic approach to mental health, recognising the connection between physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing. She tailors treatment to each individual, whether that involves supportive counselling, evidence-based therapy, practical skill development, or comprehensive psychological assessment. Additionally, she works closely with GPs and other health professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
Outside of the clinic, Diana enjoys spending time with her three adult children, two dogs, and six chickens. She loves gardening, meditation, yoga, and exploring gut health; She is currently enjoying making her own kefir and yoghurt.
