Zero Tolerance Policy
At VMHC, we are committed to providing a respectful and safe environment for everyone. We have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behaviour towards our team, including shouting, inappropriate gestures, swearing, or name-calling. Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave the practice.
Telephone Consults
Duration is 15 minutes.
Not available to first time new patients.
Not available for Mental Health Care Plans.
Scheduled telehealth consultations attract a private fee and are billed at the same rate as equivalent duration “in-person” consultation.
To be eligible for a Medicare Rebate, you must have had an “in-clinic” consultation with a GP from our clinic within the last 12 months.
International visitors without medicine
Standard fee applies, rather than A “GAP” payment.
Receipts can be provided to patients to enable self-claiming of any insurance benefit.
Workcover and TAC
Payment is kindly requested at the time of your consultation.
You may then submit your WorkCover or TAC claim directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
All in-clinic or Telehealth consultations incur a $20 gap not covered by Workcover or TAC (administration fee)
