To make an appointment with one of our team, you have many options!
If you contact the clinic on 03 9885 5433 , Luciana will be happy to assist you in making a time to see our practitioners. A Standard Consultation with our doctors is for 15 minutes. This type of appointment is best if you have one issue to discuss with your GP. For more complicated matters, care plans or procedures, you will need a long consult of 30 minutes.
Billing Arrangements & Fees:
Vitality Medical Health Centre is a privately billing General Practice.
We ask that consultation fees are paid on the day of service. We offer Medicare Easyclaim where-by the patients Medicare rebate is claimed automatically and is immediately refunded directly into the patients nominated bank account.
EFTPOS and credit card facilities are available and we accept VISA and Mastercard.
The table below summarises the cost of our common medical consultations, the Medicare rebate and the out of pocket cost to our patients. Procedures and Care Plans may attract a different gap fee. Childhood immunisations are bulk billed.
